Refund and Return Policy

All products in our store are made-to-order printed items. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selection, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, dislike of the design, color expectations, or ordering the wrong product.

All sales are final, except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue caused by us or our fulfillment process.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us using our Contact Us form within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review the issue, please include your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if we approve the return request in advance. Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions by email. The return address may vary depending on the order and fulfillment location.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for made-to-order printed products unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is an issue caused by us. We also do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
