CottoWear sells made-to-order printed apparel and related products. Each product is produced after an order is placed.
We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors, placement, print appearance, sizing, and product appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen, settings, production process, and the specific product variant selected.
We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product will exactly match the images shown on our website or your expectations, except where required by applicable law.
Product descriptions, prices, availability, and designs may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, incorrect product information, payment issues, or other operational reasons.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process the payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are made to order, we may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted or sent to production.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there is another issue caused by us or our fulfillment process, please contact us according to our Refund Policy.

CottoWear is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with CottoWear, operated by Kanstantsin Turko TK Trade.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and CottoWear, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
